DIRECTIONS & LOCATION
All 2024 WSADCP Conference activities will take place at the DoubleTree Suites by Hilton located at 16500 Southcenter Parkway in Seattle, WA 98188. The hotel (also called DoubleTree Suites Seattle Airport Southcenter in Tukwila, Washington) is a full service, all-suite hotel and event center located in the shopping and entertainment district of Seattle’s Southside.
The Doubletree Suites by Hilton hotel is centrally located at the junction of I-405 and I-5 which are main highways in the Puget Sound area. The location is across the street from Westfield Shopping Center, with more than 140 stores, over 40 restaurants nearby, banks, a theatre, and many other services and amenities. There is a FREE shuttle to the Light Rail Station to downtown Seattle.
RESERVATIONS & RATES (Doubletree Suites by Hilton)
A block of hotel rooms have been set aside at Doubletree Suites by Hilton especially for event attendees to reserve using the Group Name and Group Code below. Block rates are also available for attendees for 3 days pre/post the event dates if you would like to stay longer to enjoy all our area has to offer.
Room reservations are available on a first come, first served basis until filled. Rooms must be reserved no later than Monday, September 23, 2024 at 11:59pm to qualify for the group rate.
As of 8/28/24: Hotel rooms at Doubletree Suites may be sold out for one or more nights of the WSADCP Conference. If you are unable to book at Doubletree Suites, click here for alternate hotel options located nearby.

Conference attendees are responsible for booking their own hotel rooms using their own credit cards (or having their organizations do so on their behalf). Credit cards will remain on file for the hotel room and tax charges, incidental charges, and any “no show” charges should attendees not arrive or contact the hotel to cancel at least 24 hours in advance.

RESERVATION CHANGES / CANCELLATIONS / NO SHOWS
If for any reason you have a change to your reservation for Doubletree Suites, you must notify the hotel directly at or before arrival. Credit cards will be charged if there is a “no show” or if reservation changes/cancellations are not provided at least 24 hours in advance. Call 206-575-8220, ext. 0.
FREE AIRPORT SHUTTLE
The Doubletree Suites hotel runs a complimentary Sea-Tac Airport Shuttle Service.
From Hotel: From 4:00 am to 10:00 pm, the shuttle leaves the hotel on the hour and half-hour. Between 10:30 pm and 4:00 am, guests should contact the Front Desk to arrange shuttle transport: 206-575-8220, ext. 0.
From Sea-Tac Airport: Guests should call the hotel Front Desk at 206-575-8220 when they arrive at Sea-Tac Airport. The shuttle waiting areas are at Island #1 or Island #3 only. (This is located one floor above baggage claim. Cross over the sky bridge to the parking lot and go down one floor to floor #3. Then call the hotel from the island.) Important note: Be sure to get on the smaller shuttle van for the DoubleTree at Southcenter and not the large buses for the DoubleTree at the airport.”
PARKING
The overnight parking rate at Doubletree Suites for hotel guests is $11 (plus tax) per night.
ROOMS & AMENITIES
The Doubletree Suites is an all-suite hotel with 219 two-room suites rising eight stories around an atrium lobby. Each guest room has either one king size bed or two double beds with a separate living room parlor that has a pull-out sofa bed. The hotel is 100% non-smoking. ADA accessible rooms are available.
High-speed internet access is available in all guest rooms and in the business center.
In addition to the airport shuttle, there is a free shuttle from the hotel to the Light Rail Station to downtown Seattle.
Pool and Health Club: The hotel has an indoor swimming pool (open 5:30am-12:00am), a sauna and hot tub, a fitness center (open 24 hours), and two racquetball courts.
Food and Dining — Doubletree Suites:
- CHA Cyber Cafe: featuring Starbucks coffee, espresso drinks, pastries, fruit, and more. Open 6:00 am to 1:00 pm.
- Northwest Landing Restaurant: Full-service restaurant for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Open Monday-Friday 6:00am to 10:00pm and Saturday-Sunday 7:00am to 10:00pm.
- Atrium Lounge/Bar: In the evenings, drinks and lights snacks are served. Open 4:00pm to 10:00pm.
- In Room Dining: Monday-Friday 6:00a.m. – 10:00p.m. and Saturday-Sunday 7:00a.m. – 10:00p.m
