
ANGIE HUTTON
Clark County District Court, Therapeutic Specialty Courts Program Coordinator
Angie Hutton earned her degree from Washington State University, and soon began her journey in public service as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA). She worked as a volunteer and later as a Volunteer Supervisor during her 8 years with the organization. During that time, she intermittently served as the liaison for Cowlitz County’s Family Dependency Treatment Court (HOPE Court). In 2016, Angie pursued her passion for therapeutic courts by becoming a Case Manager with Cowlitz County Drug Court. Since 2023, Angie has been enjoying her current position, where she oversees Clark County’s Mental Health Court and Veterans Therapeutic Court—integrated programs within both District Court and Superior Court. Angie has been a WSADCP/WADC Board member since 2025.
