COURT COORDINATOR MEETINGS & LISTSERV

The Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) maintains contact information on therapeutic courts in Washington and provides a forum for Washington State Therapeutic Court Coordinators to connect through Email Listservs and Quarterly Meetings.

The Quarterly Coordinator’s Meetings are one-hour virtual meetings that include about 15-20 minutes of training or information followed by facilitated discussion of issues affecting therapeutic courts, peer mentorship, and collaboration.

To ensure the needs of each court type and level are met, the AOC has created several Listservs and Coordinator’s Meetings:

  • Therapeutic Court Coordinators or Managers working in Superior Courts may attend the Superior Court Coordinators meetings and join the Superior Court Problem-Solving Court (PSC) Coordinators Listserv. (There is also a PSC Listserv that includes System Partners who may not be Court Coordinators or Managers)
  • Therapeutic Court Coordinators or Managers working in District or Municipal Courts may attend the Courts of Limited Jurisdiction (CLJ) Coordinators meetings and join the CLJ Problem-Solving Court (PSC) Coordinator listserv.
  • Therapeutic Court Coordinators or Managers working in Family Treatment Courts / Collaborative Courts may join the Family Treatment Court Coordinators listserv.

If you are working within multiple court types/levels, you are welcome to attend multiple meetings and join more than one listserv or to choose the one that best fits your needs.

Coordinator’s Meeting invites with Zoom links are sent to each listserv by the AOC.
